New Horizon residents are responsible for electricity and any cable, or internet service you choose.  WC Smith will cover all trash, water, and gas fees.

Yes!  There is a Lidl located about a half mile away at the Skyland Town Center.

We have multiple ways to pay rent. You can pay through your online resident portal or bring a check or money order to our leasing office.

Renters insurance is not required, but we strongly recommend it. It can help you repair or replace your personal property due to many types of damage or theft. Rental insurance ranges from about $12 to $20 per month and you are welcome to use any company you prefer. WC Smith property insurance will not cover your belongings.
